Done Bear Docs
Learn how to use Done Bear day to day, plus documentation for the MCP server, agent skills, Raycast extension, CLI, and GraphQL API.
These docs cover two things: how to use Done Bear, and how to work with it outside the app.
Get the apps. Native clients, the CLI, MCP, Raycast, Slack, the GraphQL API, and the Chrome extension are listed on donebear.com/download.
Using the app. Start with Getting started for what you see after you sign up, then Views for how Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Anytime, and Someday fit together, then Dates for what a start date does and how it differs from a deadline. Plans and limits covers what the Free plan includes and the founding offer, and Assistant messages covers the built-in chat's monthly allowance.
Building on it. Connect AI assistants over the MCP server, bring Done Bear into Slack, install skills so agents can run the CLI, use the Raycast extension for keyboard-driven task management, use the CLI for terminal workflows, or use the GraphQL API for programmatic access.
