I built Done Bear because most task apps add work instead of removing it. I wanted something simple, fast, and calm.

Why I built it

I built Done Bear to help you finish what matters today.

It follows the Getting Things Done method. Capture tasks in Inbox, then move them to Today, Upcoming, Anytime, or Someday. Use labels when they help. Keep the rest simple.

Local-first by design

Your tasks stay on your device. Done Bear works offline, syncs in the background, and feels instant.

I built Done Bear on a local-first sync engine with CRDTs, so your data stays yours and your changes sync cleanly when you reconnect.

Free to start

I offer a free plan with up to 3 members, 5 projects, and full offline sync. When you need more, paid plans start at $7/month per member and unlock unlimited projects, teams, and priority support.
