About Done Bear
Done Bear is a local-first GTD list you can share, open anywhere, and let an agent run. The same list on web, Windows, Linux, Mac, and iPhone.
How it works
Capture tasks in your Inbox, then move them to Today, Upcoming, Anytime, or Someday. Add labels when they help. That’s it.
Works offline
Your tasks live on your device first, so everything works offline and syncs when you’re back online.
Everywhere you work
Web, desktop for macOS, Windows, and Linux, and native iOS, all on the same sync engine, so a task you capture on your phone is on your laptop before you get there. There is also a CLI and a Raycast extension.
Your AI can use it
Done Bear has a hosted MCP server and a GraphQL API, so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can read, create, and complete tasks on your real list rather than a copy of it. Ask one to triage your inbox or plan your day and the result shows up everywhere else. See the automation overview.
Pricing
Free forever for solo use and small teams. Paid plans start at $7/month per member, billed yearly, for teams that need unlimited tasks, more teams, and priority support. See the pricing page.
Why we built it
Matthew Blode is Founder & CEO, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Done Bear started in January 2026. The iOS app shipped in August 2026.
The principles behind these decisions are written down on the Done Bear Method.
