# Connect Windsurf to Done Bear

> Add the server with the `serverUrl` key, refresh MCP, and sign in with OAuth. Cascade can then capture and complete Done Bear tasks.

## Connect Windsurf to Done Bear

1. **Open the Windsurf MCP config.** Open `~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json` or use Cascade’s MCP settings.
2. **Add the server with serverUrl.** Add a `donebear` server with `serverUrl` set to https://mcp.donebear.com/mcp.
3. **Refresh and sign in.** Refresh the server list and ask Cascade for your tasks. The first call opens an OAuth sign-in.

### Why does Windsurf use serverUrl instead of url?

Windsurf expects `serverUrl` for remote HTTP servers, so a config copied from Cursor with `url` fails. It is the top cause of a failed connection.
