# About Done Bear

Done Bear is a GTD task manager for one person first. You capture into the Inbox, then sort tasks into Today, Upcoming, Anytime and Someday. The list lives on your device, works offline, and syncs across web, Windows, Mac, Linux and iPhone. Share it when you need to, or let an assistant work on it.

## How it works

Capture a task in the Inbox, then give it a view: Today, Upcoming, Anytime or Someday. Add labels when they help. Finished tasks go to the Logbook.

## Works offline

Your tasks live on your device first, so every view works offline and syncs when you reconnect.

## Where it runs

Web, desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux, and a native iPhone app all run on the same sync engine, so a task you capture on your phone shows up on your laptop. There is also a [CLI](/cli) and an extension on the Raycast Store. Android is on the [waitlist](/android).

## Assistants can work on it

Assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can read, create and complete tasks on the same list you use, through a hosted MCP server or the GraphQL API. Ask one to triage your Inbox or plan your day and the result shows up on every device. See the [automation overview](/automation).

## Pricing

Free for up to 250 tasks with no card, and sharing is included. Paid plans start at $7/month per member, billed yearly, for unlimited tasks, 5 teams and priority support. See the [pricing page](/pricing).

## Who makes it
